In addition to the Management team we have a committed staff group, a number of whom have been with the Home for many years. All staff under go a detailed induction programme along with in-house and external training. As previously stated, we are committed to the NVQ process and several members of the care team including Care Supervisors (who directly supervise the various shifts), hold NVQ level 2 and 3. Management staff are currently undertaking NVQ Level 4 accreditation.
Also there are catering and domestic staff, plus maintenance staff.
