Residents are encouraged to contribute to the life of the home and are actively involved in day-to-day decisions by means of resident meetings. The home also operates a Quality Assurance Review (QAR), whereby residents, relatives, visitors and staff have the opportunity to express their views concerning the life at the home, both in terms of strengths and weaknesses.
Copies of the QAR are available for anyone to read. These reports state clearly the views of residents in relation to the care offered by the home and are largely of very positive nature! We aim to address any identified weaknesses as a top priority. If you are interested in finding out more please ask the manager for a copy of the latest QAR review.
