Over the years the residents at The Hollies have developed a Charter of Rights to remind the staff and management of what is expected from the home. This is on display on the residents’ notice board and serves as a continual reminder to us all!
At The Hollies we appreciate how difficult it is for a person to leave his or her own home and we will try and assist this transition as much as we possibly can, without inhibiting an individual’s independence. We also try to work as close as possible with a resident’s family and friends (where applicable), and encourage an active involvement with the home.
